      Hi,

Can someone give me any ideas on what to do with my Surface?

      Here’s whats happening:

When turning on, the Surface logo appears and the dots begin to spin and then freezes. After a couple minutes it reboots and tries again.

On the third time it shows the message “Preparing Automatic Repair” and the dots start again then freeze. Sometime I get the light blue crash screen.

I have downloaded the Surface2_BMR_20.2.19.0.zip and made a bootable USB key and copied the contents to the USB key, then powered on using the volume down button, this seems to cause the Surface logo to appear for longer, but then the dots start spinning but the freeze again.

Can someone give me any ideas what to try next?

      Thanks in advance, Jon 😉
